These terms govern your use of Magic Form ("the service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Magic Form converts documents you upload (PDFs, photos, scans) into digital forms you can edit and share. AI-generated output may contain mistakes — review your generated forms before publishing them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload documents you do not have the right to use or digitize.
• Collect sensitive personal information (such as passwords, full payment card numbers, or government ID numbers) through forms without a lawful basis.
• Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service or attempt to access it by automated means outside its intended interfaces.

Your content

You own the documents you upload, the forms you create, and the responses you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service — nothing more. You are responsible for the content of your forms and for how you use the data you collect with them.

Our property

The service itself — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to Magic Form and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond normal use of the service.

Availability and changes

We are actively developing Magic Form and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated forms will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Form will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
